They're not displaying for me either. If I go in on edit mode and copy the URL and paste it, it shows up and then when I come back in here it shows up in here, too. Not sure why...

same thing now here, as well. i've noticed in past plenty of you guys' posts just saying "image" too. maybe atm can shed light on how the image posting works here.

Seeing the word "Image" is a result of the way the board [img] tags work.

[img]url.com/some.jpg[/img]

converts to <img src="url.com/some.jpg" alt="Image"> and thus you sometimes see the word Image when the real pic cant be displayed. This problem I suspect has to do with tikiroom.com somehow stopping their images from being embedded in another site (and thus their server being hammered if a pic is posted on a popular site). When you specifically type the address to look at the image I think it lets you in, and then your browser caches it, making it available when you come back to this page. Your browser doesnt bother to go out on the web and try to get that image again because it already knows the image at that address.

Interesting. Linking their pics is also forbidden, that confirms my suspicions that its tikiroom.com that is doing it. Just hit enter again on the address once you click those links, as tikiroom has not forbidden entering the URL directly into your browser, only hotlinking and embedding their images.
