If I could send one player packing out of Barnes, Henson, Marshall and McAdoo and keep the other three, I'll give you a hint...

"Need to get Harry going are it will be a lose"
Oh, "Harry" is going to get going. Anywhere far away from Chapel Hill is fine with me. I just hope Marshall comes back, but without Zeller and Henson there (and Barnes camping out at the 3 point line waiting to be fed, which is all he's good for), Marshall might not think it's worth it. We'll be pretty good if he comes back...
"and down one Reggie threw the ball away that was game"
I thought the same thing when that happened. And that did look like a foul on Henson there at the end. But bottom line is, we scored 47 points in the first half shooting well over 50%, and then score 20 points in the second half and shoot poorly enough to bring that average down to 44%. Not that Kansas played much better. It was there for the taking, and we couldn't take it. At least Barnes will be gone next year...

My bracket is looking solid. 3 out of 4 teams in the Final Four and now I need Kentucky and Kansas to win Saturday.
As an aside, I kept seeing "Whitey" every time "Withey" showed up on my screen. Thank God I'm not a broadcaster.
There were a gang of memorable games this weekend. Good stuff.

All UNC players were so weak with the ball they most have been stripped 6 times, does ROy coach at all,
they settled for jump shots when they did not have too again bad coaching, as soon as Barnes took his first bad three he should have been on the bench

I know Roy wont be fired but who is next in line if they stayed in the UNC Family they really do not have any young coaches on the staff,
I think at nest ROy as 3 years left
though I really hope next year is his last

And I think the crowd played a role one seeds should be protected against two seeds
that was piss poor by the committee

from a Raptors fan perspective, Barnes definitely took a hit this tournament, he'll still go top 10 but not top 5, alot of fans jumped off the bandwagon when at the beginning of the year he was the only prospect anyone talked about
The current flavour of the week is Bradley Beal from Florida, Kidd-Gilchrist is always in the discusion

Gilcrest is so much better than Barnes it's ridiculous. Every time I've seen that kid play, he brings it. I've made a few posts lately talking about how Barnes is no Stackhouse or McCants. But I would put Gilcrest in that class...

Gilchrist has all the intangibles to be a huge star in the L. He has a lot of things to improve on, but it's all there for him if he works at it. He just makes good basketball plays.

so we won't see Davis, Jones, or Gilchrist around next year.
I suspect Teague may take his shot as well given his scoring uptick lately. Lamb could be a Ben Gordon type player in the NBA as well.
So that leaves Wiltjer who plays defense like a Zeller but shoots the ball like its nobodies business. He'll be around I assume 4 years and will be a nightmare for teams starting his junior year.
Darius Miller is a favorite player of mine. Kid was almost ruined by Gillispie passing up open shots for game winners. But if anyone has paid attention to him in the last 8 or so games, he is the go to guy when we absolutely need a basket. He is the player that will not allow a team to stretch a lead on us while our defense catches up.
When Miller is in the game, I know we are OK.

I guess part of what makes Gilchrist special is also part of what is maddening to me. I bet he has had a charge called on him in 75% of his games this year always in the same location.
Of course, he finishes at the basket 9 times for every charge he gets, but its usually pretty early in the game when it happens.

Kidd Gilchrist will be the best NBA player on UK, Davis up side is Camby, Kidd upside is Lebron

Pump your brakes. Kidd upside potential is more along the lines of a weird Pippen/Dominique hybrid, at best (and at a longshot).

Not sure anyone has hurt their draft stock more than H. Barnes has in this tournament. Without K. Marshall he looks incredibly ordinary
