I consider Dalton & Tannehill the tier below RG3, Luck, Kaepernick & Wilson
Newton is somewhere in the middle, then Dalton in the next tier with Tannehill pulling the anchor
but I get why Cincy would spend the farm on Dalton, unless there is a serious influx of talent... or the league stops being so pass happy , supply & demand will dictate that the Romos & Daltons of the league get paid inordinate amounts of cash

Florida coach , Muschamp was an assistant at Auburn during the time they are now accused of changing grades, paying players to stay in school and various other hand slappers.
Of course its the SEC so they don't care. If the NCAA says anything, they'll threaten to pull out and form their own super conference.

" If the NCAA says anything, they'll threaten to pull out and form their own super conference."
That's why the NCAA won't do anything in the UNC case, they know we'll just pull out and form our own football super conference...

Documents released by the University of Oregon show the school and the NCAA agree "major" violations were committed by the football program, both The Oregonian and Portland, Ore., television station KATU reported Monday.
ever, the documents also state NCAA enforcement staff said they had "no finding of lack of institutional control and no finding of unethical conduct," key points when it comes time for punishment to be considered, KATU reported.
W. T. F.
So they committed major violations while being totally ethical and totally in control of the program. I guess it was all just a misunderstanding or a happy little (well-controlled) accident.
