He's still mad at Rat, like half the old crowd, but what happened to Ding, DeGaulle, Jon Thumb, Rah? They just move on? I can't imagine they're not posting somewhere. Shit, I've gone months without posting here but then invariably come back. I don't work during the day at a job that I can just kill time like I did in the '90s and early '00s. Still worth it to come by and see what's up.

Yes, I still miss Liz and Kitty. I think the latter eventually got tired of the repeated requests here to disrobe. Or maybe I ran her off, like AA said.

To me, the only place that rivals WH is Doc's home away from home, Shoney's. Sure, they don't have the ambience caused by public urination that you get from WH. But that all you can eat breakfast bar is fantastic. Their a quantity rivals WH's atmosphere.

If Stu wants a biscuit, he goes to Flo's diner in Five Points, where maw-maw still rises before dawn to knead the dough and is still on display when the customers arrive as proof that the country ways are best. They'll wrap the dough around a big hunk of hoop cheese if you want a cheese biscuit, so that there's a big glob of melted cheese in the middle when they take it out'n the oven. Flo herself monitors all, and don't think she's above slapping maw-maw on the back of the head if Flo feels she's shirking. But she never shirks. 'Cept for that one time she had a heart attack in the middle of the morning rush, and they still sent a ball of dough with her in the ambulance to squeeze on...
