It'd be cool if they had like a can on a string you could talk to your friends to across the country on, but that'd take a long string.

If you have a Mac, iPad or iPhone, the Apple AirPlay2 feature does that, and the feature is now on some cheap tv's too, along with new Roku products and of course Apple TV.

World's oldest person is probably the consistently shortest held world title, and also the world title with the most contenders dropping out of contention before getting a chance to hold the title...

It must be nerve-wracking being the 2nd oldest person in the world. You're thinking "goddamn, just die already" about the oldest person while at the same time thinking "Fucking A, I just turned 118 myself"....

I actually wouldn't mind seeing the 2 oldest people in the world fight it out for the title...

I thought I had already asked this, but couldn't find it. What temperature does anybody keep your thermostat at your house on during the summer? We keep ours around 73-74, not to save money (although that's nice) but b/c neither me nor the MIF can stand it much colder than that. These fuckers here at the office try to keep the one here at like 68, I'm sure just b/c it's free but I'm like fuck that, 71 at the coldest, but they cut it back down as soon as my back is turned. Even at the level, when I go home from work I enjoy riding home in my sauna-like car with the windows up and no AC. I can feel myself thawing out like an ice cube. I don't get it...
