I pretty much ride with all of that.

I am currently using dried Carolina Reaper peppers in my lemon/pepper water mixture. About half a teaspoon is good for two liters of mix and it's still hot...

Jimmy Carter was the first one to run as an outsider to win. His intention was to decrease the excesses in government. One of the reasons he got in trouble is that he cut some perks that Congress had been getting angering Tip O'Neill. Because he wasn't liberal enough, Ted Kennedy challenged him in the primaries.

Presidents learn from the mistakes of previous presidents hopefully. As an outsider, Carter came in and dumped a whole lot of bills on the Congress. IT was too much and Congress bogged down. Reagan learned from this and attacked Congress one issue at a time. He also knew to smooze Congress and got a lot passed by compromising with Tip O'Neill and the Democrats.

there was something else that jumped off the screen to me last night but I can't remember

Maybe it was Mark Furhman suing the LAPD pension fund for PTSD suffered from policing in Watts

the question is did his bias play a role in his ability to effectively perform police work in regards to the OJ Simpson case

There was a moment in the documentary I watched last night where the white reporter was talking about how Chris Darden saying the use of the n-word would incite a black majority jury, and the white reporter believed that Darden had made a valid point. A black female reporter who also witnessed the Darden statement was outraged at the idea that a black majority jury would not be able to effectively process information and form valid opinions in regards to the trial just for hearing an inflammatory word.

Focus! OJ was able to kill two people, make it back home, change his clothes, dispose of the (preponderance of the) evidence and still make his flight to Chicago without jumping over terminal gate seats in the process.

Fucking rookie.
