I did see this tidbit about him:
"Lastly, he returned 35 kickoffs, for which he averaged 22.3 yards a return with a score, and his 724 total kickoff returns yards ranks No. 14 in school history."
Sounds like Tennessee was on the receiving end of a lot of kickoffs during this guy's career...

C’mon 10ac... it is one thing coming from a Gator... but from a Vol??? After all Phillip has done for the university? After all of the years of selfless devotion? After all of the workin like heck he gave to Tennessee?
