Okay, well I've lost 50 pounds since November of 2019, does that count? I mean it is like throwing a semi off a battleship but had to cause the betus was going to try to get me and fuck all that needle bullshit. So far A1C is around 6.1 and stronger than I have ever been (not saying much), clothes fit better, and even the wife showed me difference in pics from Xmas of that year to this. Still a long way to go but it is something I guess.

50 pounds is work man. Keep it up. Remember what it was like to walk up the steps and be out of breath. Think about that every time you open that fridge door.

Can Metaverse survive if there’s lawlessness? I know it’s a big thing now, but if you buy something, what prevents someone from stealing it?

Can't wait for Fox News to start reporting about how all the cities in Metaverse are hellscapes, which is what they say about every big city in the US (democrat cities, anyway)...

In Metaverse, wishing your scape is hell.

I don't even want to try to understand the metaverse. I know a bunch of goggle wearing people will be all over it and there will eventually be an acceptance of it being the norm

but I will still be driving around in my gas powered car, watching a big screen TV and attending live sporting events.

Thanks. The entire issue with diets and workouts is just doing it. I've had up and down weeks for sure but overall trying to stick with something that works for me.

Congrats on that. It’s definitely work…mostly mental…

I’ve started intermittent fasting to do the same. I’ve sort of always done it in a sense, but I’ve been more militant about it since the new year rolled over. We’ll see how it works…

Need some advice.

We are pricing a 2006 Dodge Ram 3500 (one ton) with the Cummings Diesel 6 cylinder. It has 386 horsepower AND it has a "gooseneck" ball pin, in the center of the bed. I have a 15,000 pound 5th wheel trailer. I don't want to void the warranty on my 2022 trailer by fucking with the hook up too much and installing a steel gooseneck down to the pin in the center of the bed and the 5th wheel housings are hard to come by with supply chain issues. How about this "Companion?"

Basically, its a 5th wheel hook up that slides right into the gooseneck housing on your pick up. I am not an expert on towing huge amounts of weight. Any insight here, (pluses and minuses) would be appreciated.
