I dont count and frankly my give-a-shit is running low. The ncaa has not said that they are done with U*NC just waiting on all of the investigations to be completed, but IMO the chances of the NCAA coming back to Chapel Hell are about the same as Jerry Garcia playing another 15 show run at the Lunt-Fontaine this summer. SACS will make U*NC jump through a few hoops and document a few things a little better, and then it will be all over and U*NC will go back to business as usual.

Looks like the emails indicate a very close relationship between Julius Nyang'oro, the disgraced former prof. of African-American Stadius, and the Athletic Dept. officials continually pressed Nyang'oro to create special courses specifically for their athletes and later rewards him with game perks.

U*NC seems to be riddled with agents regardless of sport. The football team on probation for illegal benefits provided by agents, agents teaching classes, basketball players with agents, all we need now is for Clem "4 A's over the summer" Johnson to turn up with one.

UNC Faculty Council was instructed to water down last year's report on academic fraud in order to keep the NCAA away from campus.

Seriously, the Faculty Chair explicitly says in her emails that the report is to be written in a manner that assures the NCAA that there's nothing to see here, move along. Everything was intentionally written to downplay any role any Athletics Dept official might have had in the scandal.

Don't use email, text messaging, phones or paper mail. Do everything by word of mouth. Fucking amateurs could learn a thing or two from some of our clients...
