LMAO. The Rickart will not appreciate that in the least bit.

Cassel understudied with a better QB...of course he was able to perform better on the field.

LMAO like a clock baby!!! No need to take into consideration talent, system, and skill. Brady was a better teacher!! Just like Bledsoe before him!!!
Don't change Rickart, don't ever change.

Taking into consideration talent, skill, structure, system, environment, role model....
Cassell was in a much better situation than Collins/Painter/Orlovski/your name here
Cassell got to see how it SHOULD be done....not how to repeatedly fail in the biggest games.

Reading Rickart's nonsense makes me think of Jack Nicholson's line in "As Good As It Gets" where he plays a writer and is asked how he writes women so well. He says, "I think of a man...and then I take away reason and accountability."
Yeah, I just called Rickart a woman. I'm being charitable.

Well, kudos for that. Unfortunately, that's where your ability to figure things out seems to have peeked.

Well sure he got to see HOW it should be done. Darth Hoody had the opposing teams walkthrough and practices on film so he knew what they were going to scheme against them.

All of the objective evidence suggests that you are wrong. You can repeat your wrongness as often as you like. You can even put it in your signature to prove to everyone who sees you how obsessed you are about it. But you are still wrong.
The Pats have been the better team. No matter who they've thrown in there to play QB, they've been about the same. Colts have had the better QB. When they lost him, the team couldn't win a game without him.
Simple. Hard. Cold. Undeniable. Fact.

"No matter who they've thrown in there to play QB, they've been about the same."
Matt Cassel led them to the Super Bowl that year? Really?

In the Irsay tradition, I have little doubt that the colts would pull the trigger and release PM if he's not 100% by March. And then the fun would start, as speculation on the landing spot would boil over.
I've heard Minnesota, Washington, and even Tennessee....but the one that interests me is San Fran. Singletary built that defense up before he got the axe, and Gore and the OL are first rate.
And the other Bay team has been mentioned as a possilbiility, too. That would be a trip for us Vol fans...Peyton in the silver and black, battling it out with Teebow and Eric Berry.

New England wins the SB every year? Who knew?
Seriously, do I really need to explain this to you again?

I was at a sports bar tonight (wow, it's only 5:30 (real time))And I saw Brady and the OC yelling at each other. 1. What was that all about? 2. Is the OC looking for a new job yet?

I saw that. All I could think of was how much Rickart would be going on about it if it was Peyton, instead of Brady. I thought Brady handled it very well in the postgame presser. And this sort of thing is to be expected in competitive sports. Of course the media will try to make a big deal out of it.

if it was Peyton, he would have blamed his kicker, or his offensive lineman during the press conference. Brady, on the other hand, took responsibility....

For his part Rickart has given up comparisons regarding how much better looking Brady is than Peyton.
that was always kind of..creepy
