He also had a curved top Lincoln welder, an oxy-acetalyne setup, two heavy duty drill presses, two tool tall carts packed with every type of wrench, socket or accessory you would ever need, hoists/lifts/jacks, a large metal band saw, and every type of drill and saw imaginable. I thought every dad had a setup like that when I was a kid lol

You would be in heaven, e.
yea I would. If I buy a new house in the next couple of years (meaning I still have enough productive years left to take advantage of it) I'm building a workhop that is about 40 x 40 just to hold all the stuff I play with

I have a mig and an arc (stick) welder. The real skill is tig welding. I wish I could do that.
My grisled old uncle can tig weld. His beads look as good as any professional and they held. He farms, has a pecan processing business and a lawn care business. So, welding is a necessity with all of that equipment.

about 2 minutes into it I raked over a ground hornets nest and those motherfuckers stung me twice on the face and twice on my arm.

I've been sitting around throbbing for the last 5 minutes and have decided

DS Sr found a hive of ground bees while working in the yard one day and decided to pour gasoline down the hole and light a match. DS Sr did not factor in that there could be a second hole or that he could be standing directly over the second hole. So, a second or two after the gasoline was poured and the match lit, DS Sr started running, cursing and screaming like a mad man. The bees had exited out of the second hole and flew up his pants legs stinging the shit out of him from the crotch down. He was stripping down as he ran and was naked by the time he reached the back door. I was 10 or so and died laughing, which further infuriated him. Good times....

I was mowing the hillside as a kid on our old snapper comet. Ran over a ground hornets nest and they commenced to stinging me. I hopped off that mower and left it running, it proceeded to go into the garden and mow down a row of dad's prize tomatoes

He was not pleased. I didn't give a fuck

I am in Arizona this week for a work conference. Not thrilled about . it was a 4 hour flight and it sucked. I don't see how people wear masks all day, especially these n95 things.

Going to the store, I can tolerate 20-30 minutes, no problem, but 4 hours of that. Ugh.

Hell, its tough to wear pants for 4 hours now

IB hasn't threatened to call the FBI yet

looking around the hotel

I get this appeals to some people but nothing but rocks and concrete.

I think a good sign, and I've seen this up north too

is if they provided covered parking in the parking lot to protect you from the elements, you don't need to live there
