"and if the wrist is hurt worst , like the screw dislodged or whatever, that is on Roy putting the desire to win over the safety and well being of a player."

We've established that Roy, unlike Pitino's greedy, self-centered ass, is more concerned with his player. Pitino benched a guy who was responsible for getting UK to the final because he thought he would hurt their chances of winning.

I can see how you're trying to play switcheroo to protect your old coach, to whom, for some reason, you have some loyalty to even though he clearly has none to UK.

that yahoo site gave me an option to send emails to all the participants from last year which I did. thats why mexico and a few others are in the pool--talent is the only one replying back he wanted in on the pool

the only communication I have with talent is the football contest he does at officepool.com every year. pretty good deal--put up 75 bucks every year for college and 50 for the pros. pick your winners against the spread with confidence points and winner takes home 1200-1500 along with 2nd thru 4th. pros is a little different 5 games against the spread plus a 3 point bonus game

AA/nostrum and mexico are in that too.

"I was married 18 years ago today. What was I thinking? March Madness kills marriages."

Not that you deserve the benefit of the doubt, but I will be generous and attribute you confining your connubial madness to a single month as outrageous modesty...

Sitting here watching the condensed version of the 2005 championship game and almost wish we had a team cancer this year who was as good as McCants. And after watching that 1995 Dook game, I damn sure wish we had somebody as good as Stackhouse. Obviously, Harrison Barnes was supposed to be at least equal to those guys, and his numbers really aren't that far off from either of them, but if I was picking a team and had to choose b/w those 3, I know who would be third...

Because he traded one of their favorite players...and the team sucks...and the guys he traded for are all hurt, so they're tanking gratuitously this year.

Funny. 7 of the Sweet 16 are within a 2-1/2 hour drive from here and each of those 7 have an alumni base in the thousands here. But carry on. Finally Columbus can't duck UC and even though I see the Suckeyes winning this game easily I do love how the fact that OSU has ducked playing Cincy for the past 50 years though.

Did anyone else see Talent post that he was in on the money pool here or anywhere else before the games started? Just wondering because after Tressel everything to me.concerning Ohio State stinks.

That all depends on which Ohio State team shows up. If the Ohio State that lost two home games shows up then UC will win. They also have trouble with rough rugged teams like UC. Don't count UC out. I'll think they'll win.
