I did more camping this summer than I've probably done my entire life. We didn't see any black bears but they are all over the places we were. I didn't leave any food out or put it in the tent but I was never concerned about seeing one on a trail. The only time I've ever been worried about wildlife was hiking in the Bay Area and looking around constantly for cougars.

Hiking in grizzly country would be quite different. Shit for that matter, I'd be just as worried about moose, mooses, meese? Or even wolves and of course the honey badger.

Its almost a certainty the cruise is going to be canceled now so it looks like CDA and Whitefish for us.

I've heard black bears are more dangerous than grizzlies. Grizzlies can't climb trees...

Democrats should turn out in force and vote for Trump. If he gets elected, it would ensure democratic control of the White House and both houses of congress for years to come...

At this point, Trump doesn't even matter. These people who support him are going to be a problem for some time.

for all the people moving to Nashville, from what I've seen of it today, its turned into a shithole.

homeless people are every where - I lived here 30 years ago and it had the occasional guy but its a way of life here now.

yea, I mean I come down here quite often but I stay out on the other side of Lebanon. This week I'm having to venture down into the real Nashville and wow, what's happened to this place?

I loved this town back in the 80's

Just got back from a skiing trip in Colorado. Pretty serious snow event, wasn't sure if our flight was going to be canceled. Made for some great skiing, though. Flew over Lexington on the way home (I know this thanks to the flight tracker channel on the back of the seat in front of me). Flipping thru the movies, I saw Pool Boy Nightmare and thought of eCat. Brought home lots of goodies. Those dispensaries are the bomb...
