Monsanto has risen to #1 in the Corporate Evil Power Rankings. Money over everything.

I'm sure their stockholders will be glad to hear that...

that's saying some shit considering Union Carbide killed 3700 people and poisoned 500K more in one incident.

Where Union Carbide went with the big bang/media intense approach to their fuckery, Monsanto excels in working the small ball game to stay below the radar.

I do agree though - Monsanto is evil incarnate from what I've read.

Well, if anyone would be able to spot it, it would be Seth McFarlane.

Union Carbide was the Death Star. Monsanto is C. Montgomery Burns.

Probably shouldn't show Shawshank Redemption on movie night in the pokey.

GoT
It shouldn't be shocking, but the burning scene was almost too much for me. If Stannis doesn't lose the confidence of his sell swords after that, I don't know what is wrong with the writers. They almost lost me with the series, for good, if we weren't one episode from the season finale.
Is that cartoon suggesting that Whole Foods is the same size as Monsanto?

That comic is generally pro-science and anti-quack, homeopathy, and crazy conspiracy hysteria. It's a pro-GMO take as opposed to the general anti-GMO hysteria which has very little real evidence other than "I know its bad" and is very similar in propagation to things like the anti-vaccination dogma.

The anti Monsanto rant I give isn't anti GMO. GMO is okay with some oversight.
