Without getting into too many details, the last 3 used cars I pulled up on Craigslist that we wanted, we arrived with cash in our hand and the seller sold the car just minutes before we could buy. I am almost desperate enough to fly to Memphis, find a 2013 Nissan "Leas-san" on Craigslist for $7000, give the owner cash, and drive it back to Phoenix. I think some of you are near that neck of the woods. Everything is just selling over here. Used cars are crack rock right now.

Its so bad, that dealers who want to sell their new car inventory, they are willing to give you up to $2500 OVER the blue book value on your used car in trade. Then they keep it (they don't wholesale it) and sell it themselves in a week.
