An undermanned Bama squad, still trying to find a quarterback, goes to Fayetteville to face the hostile confines of Reynolds Stadium. Those 70,000 screaming Hog fans will certainly intimidate Bama’s young and untested QB. The Tide’s best hope is that the Razorbacks come into this game suffering from overconfidence and complacency. Who could blame them?
This is a classic trap game.

I agree. Y’all have FINALLY seen the light. It’s only taken 21 years.
Now let’s work on whom has and has NOT been head football coach at the University of Alabama.

Yeah that 21-0 lead 10 minutes into the game is a classic trap.
So on 2003 NSD, who were players, recruits, and fans saying was the HC at Bammer?

To the casual, untrained eye, that game was a blowout. But to any knowledgeable expert on SEC football, it was actually quite close. There were a lot of fluke plays, where the ball just happened to bounce Bama's way. If they played again tomorrow, and the ball bounced the Hogs' way, the score could easily be reversed.
The score does not reflect the essential parity of these two teams.

And to the untrained eye, Mike Price was never the head coach at Alabama

Trained or untrained, Mike Price and I have the exact same W/L record as the University of Alabama head football coach.
Simply put; no games coached, no wins or losses, no contract, not the coach.
I can see this may take another 21 years

Should I have began with something easier?

Actually, quite lucid. For example; final score 65-31, Bama by 34. A tipped pass pick 6 and a recover yer own fumble TD occurs. Let’s-14 from Bama, +14 to Ark... so it’s really only Bama by 20.
Even I can’t keep a straight face with this... RooooOOOLLLLL TIDE! RROOOLLLL!!!

If Mike Price was hired as Bama's Head Coach...
https://rolltide.com/news/2003/1/7/Mike ... Coach.aspx
... and he was fired as Bama's Head Coach...

... then what was he in between?

you misspelled Bammer
why would you have to fire someone who doesn't work for you?

Price was their 'Fake News Coach'. We just didn't have a name for it then.
