And with a fantastic win that wasn't as close as the score indicated, we concluded a nice 2014 campaign. I'm hopeful and eager about our future. I think we'll be better and I see a 7-5, perhaps 8-4 season next year. However, I'm not counting the gators in that win. With a new head coach in gville and the our game being in the swamp, optimism abounds down there. Hard to tell what we'll face down there.

People are saying we are contenders to be in Atlanta next season. I'm not buying that. If we are contenders, it's because the East is so weak everyone has a shot not because will be so good.

Two seasons from now... Oh my.

I'm not sure what Oklahoma has returning next season but that's shaping up to be a good game

Teed off in North FL Saturday and it was 81 deg. Back home and it's 30ish and supposed to be 9 deg Thursday.

Oh yeah we boatraced some Big10 team too ...seems like a dream.

Bajakian Departs Vols' Coaching Staff

Some day we'll find some sort of consistency on this team. Now let's see how good of a coach Butch is as he comes up with a replacement.

I don't know anything about Butch's ego or any history relating to that so I'll pass comment on that. However, it appears Bajakian wants to coach in the NFL. Looks like there is a career change for him.

I wonder if he winds up on a certain team in Denver?

Bajakian is a dedicated family man and SEC recruiting requires a 52 week commitment. No biggie.

That would mean winning 2 National Championships and then faking health issues once he realized he was raising a bunch of thugs. Butch ain't even sniffing that. Once Michigan State gets tired of Dantonio you can kiss his ass goodbye.

I don't see Sparty getting rid of Dantonio at this point unless he inexplicably has four straight losing seasons. Dude's won 4 straight bowl games and has won 10+ games in 4 of the last 5 years. He's pretty close to the best MSU has ever had or is likely to get again.
