Surely you can do better than arrest records from 2009... Im almost certain someone has been arrested wearing Alabama gear since then...

I'm certain too, but don't call him Shirley. (not that there's anything wrong with that)

"Not that there's anything wrong with that" = The unofficial motto of the Episcopal Church.

Yes, but the Episcopalians are always impeccably dressed, have majestic pipe organ music, and serve a splendid vintage for communion wine. Nobody can take that away from them.
BTW, have a happy rogation day next week.

That's really all you need for human comity...

Almost. Normally, Memorial Day is the earliest day you can respectably wear white shoes and seersucker, but you have informed me that the time frame for white shoes and seersucker is expanded for Florida. That makes sense because of your weather. So you have an alibi. Go ahead and rock those white shoes and seersuckers, Ghost, and don't forget the boater hat!

Quite so. Would you be so kind as to pass me a glass of that sherry, my good man?

Brilliant response, AC, to hedge's witty Poe reference. Bravo to all.
But comity, gentlemen, comity above all things, especially here on this thread, so recently liberated from beastliness.

Thank you, my good man. I'm sure a part of me will always be Anglican. I can still recite parts of the 1928 BCP by heart..

GBJ, good to see you. Hope all is well with you. Since AA gave me title to this place, I am hoping to re-purpose it into a oasis of civility. A much-needed upgrade from its former brigandry, don't you think?
