Interesting new OC hire at Alabama. He spent a lot of time in the NFL: Plus. He was an OC at some of the worst NFL franchises: Cleveland, Miami, NY Jets: Minus. He spent the last five years as OC of the Patriots. Plus plus plus.

Looks like a very good hire. He may not have much experience in recruiting, but all he has to do is flash a bunch of super bowl rings to get recruits attention. The REC will take care of the rest.

Damn, guy leaves his job as OC of a team that has won 2 of the last 3 Super Bowls to go to Bama. That's strong...
