My TV hasn't had even a hint of a problems 3 days later.

Over the weekend mine turned dark in the corners and contrast and brightness had no effect. Customer support said this was common and suggested I increase the wattage in the viewing room ("you need bright rights..that make it better")
Unless you spend a fuckton on an OLED where each pixel has its own lighting, you will have darkspots in the corners.

Your TV is edge lit, unlike the one I bought which has full array backlighting. In yours, the light that shines on the back of the LCD pixels comes from lights lining the edges of the panel. These TV's almost always have slight dark spots in the corners. If its gotten worse suddenly, it may be a physical issue with the backlighting, or Im guessing somebody may have messed with the brightness/backlight settings in the picture settings on the tv to a setting a where the issue suddenly stands out. You said you messed with the brightness/contrast. What about the setting named "backlight?"

Damn aTm - I thought the customer service "comments" gave it away. "you need bright rights". Picture still perfect, eyes still bleeding..

I figure TLC tech support sounds like this.

I bought my brother the Echo 58V chainsaw and he loves it. He'll never own a gas powered chainsaw again

I don't really have much need for a chainsaw, but I'm probably going to get one to go with this battery. A limb fell down in our yard and I borrowed Logan's chainsaw, took about 15 minutes to get it cranked. Once it was cranked, it worked great, but goddamn, I'd love to just go out there with a battery powered one and just pull the trigger and have it work immediately. For no more than I'd need it for, a battery powered one would be great...

The brand is Greenworks, I never heard of them but the guy at Lowe's said it was a made by some other company (Kohl's?). Researching it now, it looks like it's actually some Chinese company, but I did see where Stihl bought a minority stake in the company. Irregardless, this thing works great...

yea that's the thing, no worries about bad gas or having to pull on it for an hour to get it started. Its instant.

and if all you do is just the limb that falls down after a wind storm, its perfect

I have a stihl gas powered saw and its been great but if I had to do it over again, I'd get that echo.

I also have my grandfathers Husqvarna that he bought when I was in 5th grade. It doesn't run but I've been planning on rebuilding it just for sentimental reasons.

I have to think that as battery technology gets better, you'll have smaller and smaller batteries that last longer and longer. Eventually it'll probably be something the size of like a 6 volt battery that'll run longer than you care to stay out there and work...

He left quite an impression on us.

so I bought that Husqvarna 150BT at lunch today.

Had a sizeable credit at Lowes so it made the decision easier.

The comparable Stihl was $200 more without the credit

I read that too

its been so long, I just wonder how many people are really excited about it.

I guess once they start showing trailers and if it looks good interest will build.

I loved the show when it was on but I don't even remember what was going on when it ended.
