Jesus. I would shoot Dan Disch if given the opportunity.
Fedora needs to let Vic Koenning run the defense, have Koenning run everything on the defensive side of the ball, fire Disch, have Koenning hire a competent secondary coach and hire any defensive position coach of his choosing.

Henson Flips to UNC
By Don Callahan
Inside Carolina
Posted Dec 16, 2012
Virginia pledge Brad Henson made an under-the-radar official visit to North Carolina over the weekend. The trip resulted in the 6-foot-5, 295-pound offensive lineman switching his verbal commitment from UVa to UNC on Sunday.
“I just decided to take a visit here and it just felt like a better fit when I got around the coaches and the players,” Henson said. “And for me personally, it didn’t really have anything to do with the coaches at Virginia or the players. [UNC] was just a better fit for me. In my heart, I just felt like it was a better fit.”
Back in late June, Henson, a Toms River (N.J.) Monsignor Donovan product, verbally committed to Virginia over offers from Georgia, Miami, Rutgers, South Carolina, Tennessee, UNC and Wisconsin.
Following a disappointing 4-8 season, UVa’s staff shakeup included the dismissal of four coaches.
