A small, shoe, retail store going out of business? Who has heard of such a thing? Next they will be telling me the haberdashery at town square will be closing.
In all seriousness, if Steffi and Austin think that the manufacturers of the shoes are the ones who are paying the actual tariffs (and not the consumers) then Steffi and Austin deserve to lose their business. And if Steffi and Austin used to operate a very small shoe manufacturer using Chinese labor and importing shoes from Asia because they work cheap then I don’t care if they go out business.
