nothing is more depressing than having to spend money on stuff you just take for granted.
Just paid for a new roof on the house.
That was my damn boat money

New AC unit here. Luckily it probably won't have to be replaced again for 25 years...

State Farm will buy you a new roof, then cancel your ass...know this from experience...
Just bought new HVAC unit here as well...nearly 8K...my home owners warranty wanted to repair my 29 year old unit AND have me pay for nearly $1000 worth of Freon to recharge it.
They are now my former home owners warranty company.

that's pretty much why I didn't go the roof route. right after Katrina, insurance companies were taking a beating.
And once you get canceled I've heard you're gonna get jacked by the next insurance you go with.

OK, so I hit the history button on my laptop and see under "recently closed tabs" several porn sites. I know it wasn't me b/c I only surf porn in incognito windows and also b/c I haven't watched any double penetration Tushy videos lately (great porn site, BTW). So I go into the history and see the pages were pulled up yesterday around 2 p.m. Also, right above the websites listed in the recently closed tabs window, there was some icon and beside it it had "MOTO 5" and some other numbers and letters, so I'm assuming that's somebody's phone, but why would that be recorded in my laptop history? The MIF was at work and so was her daughter and they both have iPhones anyway and so does the daughter's boyfriend who basically lives with us and I assume he was at work also at that time. I deleted the items in history, but they're still showing up under "recently closed tabs". I showed it to the MIF, but she's more clueless than I am when it comes to this kind of thing, if that's possible, and I asked the daughter about it this morning and all she said was "somebody likes anal" and acted like she didn't know anything. So what's going on here?

Yes, but my question is, why is something that evidently was pulled up on a Motorola smart phone showing up in the history on my laptop? And why can't I delete it? Any other item I delete from the history doesn't then show up on recently closed tabs. It's like there's a separate section in the recently closed tabs drop down box, one for tabs that I really did recently close and then under those, these porn sites under the Moto 5 heading (even though I deleted them in the main history page).

I assume this is chrome. It was whoever is currently logged into google on that laptop. They viewed the pornsites on the chrome app on their phone, but because they are also logged in to your laptop it will sync and show them their recent history from other devices as well when logged in on your laptop, in this case it is showing them their history from a device which is named "Moto 5".

Yes. I'm currently at work and in my history are a list of sites from my iPad at home.

Hit the three dots in the upper right and go to "Settings"
The very first thing will be "People" and the first thing below that will be the name and login email of the person currently signed in. The next thing will be "Sync" which will be turned on.

It's ridiculous trying to keep your porn viewing on the down low these days, and don't even get me started on downloading a file or two in peace.
