"Are you a father Hedge?"

No, but I don't think that has anything to do with not understanding your statement...

I actually thought Florida did pretty well for a time.

Its not zone that will beat UK, its play transition basketball. Not sure if that is possible for a team but Florida had no problem scoring against UK in transition today. Lamb and Teague just mentally checkout after we shoot the ball expecting Davis or Jones to get the rebound or slow down the defender.

Looks like OSU is going to win on a last second shot. Game was tied and OSU had the ball with about 20 seconds left, game was at MSU. I've never heard a more tepid crowd in that situation. Outright regular season championship on the line against a huge rival and it was like an early first half possession as far as the crowd seemed to be concerned. It wasn't like it got quiet when OSU hit that last shot, there was no noise to begin with..

At any rate, this pretty much eliminates MSU from any 1 seed discussion...

have to believe syracuse and kentucky then the winner of the acc--duke/nc and the winner of the big 12 kansas mizzou

seems like I posted that last week and the week before.

question is who goes west to phoenix--got to be the acc #1 if they get through syracuse will go to boston, ky to atlanta and mizzo/ks to st louis

I always root for UNC over Duke. Always. Hell, I root for EVERYONE over Duke. I have not forgiven that university for the way they treated their own innocent Lacrosse players. As far as I know, the gang of 88 (or whatever the fuck those faculty members called themselves) never apologized for jumping to conclusions and convicting their own innocent students. Fuck Duke. Fuck them in their own ear holes and eye sockets. May Coach-K choke in the tourney. And I hope that it is UNC that gets the #1 bid in their bracket.

Oh, and well done Murray State (30-1.)

the 30-point beatdown by FSU is but a memory now. nothing that has happened this season will really matter too much from here on out. the victory over dook Saturday will certainly be enjoyed as it came in Durham but a loss to dook in the ACC tourney would upstage that.

whatever this season will be remembered for is about to happen.

With the exception of Anthony Davis blocking John Henson's dreams...

That will be the primary memory for UK fans after they flame out before reaching the FF yet again. But at least you're making progress. For the past few years, the main excitement for UK fans has been their recruiting titles. At least this one actually happened during the season, albeit in December. And don't give me anything about the victory over Carolina in the tourny last year, that was wiped out by the worst FF performance in recent memory against a weak UCONNe team who themselves played the second worst FF game in recent memory. Only a collapse of epic proportions stood b/w UK and #8 (of course, you would've had to get past Butler, LMAO), and UK didn't disappoint...

Not quite the teabag that Danny Green delivered to Paulus, but Henson pretty well tainted Plumlee here...

Watch the fool in the crowd calling for a technical foul for hanging on the rim. The ham on his arms is flapping. FWIW, it should've been called a foul on Rivers, he jumps right into Hairston, but Hairston knocked his weak ass backwards, so I guess they didn't call it. But he did foul him. Still, the swinging arm ham by the fan is the best part (best view is slow mo replay at the end)...

UNC deserves the 3rd #1 seed and maybe the 2nd if Syracuse sees more trouble with this drug scandal; however, I can easily see them blowing it in the tournament and not making the final four. I couldn't understand why Roy chose the "sit on the clock" strategy in the second half against Duke. I really question some of his game time decision making, lately.
