UNC is playing better now no doubt. Its going to be hard to explain away that 30 point beat down by whoever.
I am glad that if we do meet again, it will be in the final four and not in a regional. It sucks for both sets of fans when that happens.
I would much rather face Duke than UNC, I'd rather face Ohio St than Mich St (duh).
I really want Indiana in our bracket however.

The Kentucky theater, an old mainstay in Lexington is showing the UK/Florida game tomorrow with free admission.
I'm sure they will have the concession stand going and make some money off of it. While not a b-dubs kinda atmosphere with a bar, I bet it would be fun to watch a UK game in a theater with a bunch of fans.
I wonder why this doesn't happen more often. I've heard of fans showing up at Rupp to watch a final four game or whatever.

The way we've been playing makes it easier for me to mark that down as a pure fluke. Not that that makes it OK, but it was clearly just one of those nights that pop up even for good teams when you're playing like crap and the other team is playing out of their minds. It happened to the '93 team. I can't really recall any others, not to that degree, anyway. So I guess if we can limit those kinds of games to once every 20 years or so, I can live with it. Esp. if we win the national title, like we did in '93...

On the way back home my car broke down on I-65 in Henryville, Indiana, on a Sunday night. If not for some very kind people who helped us out in several ways we would have been in deep shit that night. I said a prayer this morning for little Henryville, Indiana.
Henryville could use a lot more than a useless prayer right now. But, I'm sure it made you feel better so that's what really counts, right?
Thank you it did make me feel better. I also gave money to the Red Cross. You can too, text 90999.

Hedge, Henryville is a good four hours from Chicago. It's just north of Louisville.
I've watched Duke play twice this year, both times they got their ass kicked, OSU and last night. I hope we get them in our bracket.
