Gavin Newsome is trying desperately to redefine himself for a 2028 run
not sure how he'll ever escape his horrible policy decisions but 2028 is a long ways off

Our national interest is in getting the war stopped. That will save lives on both sides. That is Trump's interest.
Biden's interest was in simply cutting a check, smiling, and hoping that all will be well. Because he lacked all capacity to think. All money does is prolong the war into perpetuity, getting more and more people killed on both sides (just none of our people.) Stop being like Biden, hedge.

Both parties are rebuilding their platforms.
Trump is rebuilding the platform for the GOP. The GOP used to be very pro migrant, very pro war creating and war funding, very anti tariff, very pro free market, and very limitless on the federal debt. Trump noticed that those policies do nothing for the working man in the USA, nothing. It doesn't do much for the middle class either. So, from the moment he came down the escalator, he moved to change things to a more realistic, popular position. Its just taken 10 full years for the rest of the GOP to get on board.
Democrats? Their platform is also rebuilding. Theirs is a platform angry at law enforcement (but not TOOO angry because who ELSE has authority to remove the man of the house in domestic situations?), a platform that is so horrified by suicide that it irrationally and insanely dignifies more than two genders in thinking that would prevent young people from committing suicide (but not TOOO concerned because when a grown man commits suicide, dies a death of despair, its crickets and don't be such a baby), a platform that thinks ALL illegal aliens are just undocumented people applying for asylum and we should welcome them all nationally and local law enforcement has no authority to enforce immigration law (but not TOOO much support for them because of all the outrage at the local level when the locals go all NIMBY when the "asylum seekers" are bused to their neighborhood.) The party sees whores are "sex workers" (giving some dignity to the profession) all the while, don't look at these democrat supporting Jews behind the curtain named Epstein and Weinstein who took advantage of impressionable women who were willing to trade their pussies for a possible future. They have to suspend their disbelief in reality in dignifying multiple genders, multiple genders they can't even define or even name. They have to give taxpayer money to college graduates limitlessly to "forgive" the loans they took out themselves of their own free choice, loans they never really intended to pay off in the first place simply because these borrowers are young women and NOT young men (and it would be un-feminist to force these women to pay off their own loans since none of them have any husbands in the future to make them financially whole on their own irresponsibility.)
You are correct eCat, chaos.

Here he is for a photo-op, picking up trash for 30 seconds. He did what the DNC allowed him to do, blame "organized theft" whatever the fuck that is, for the robbing of trains. Of course, he couldn't actually blame the people who robbed the trains because those were illegal aliens.
I don't think the GOP is sophisticated enough to bless Newsome out like this, like what I just did, but he can't hide from his past decisions.

Trump doesn’t care about dead Russians and Ukrainians. He cares about continually throwing money at a war that has no end. His budget deal is bad enough. Spending on this war would make it worse.

We need the Epstein client list. We need to know what men Epstein blackmailed by letting them fuck the little girls at his island and Palm Beach house (now, demolished, earth salted.)
If she doesn't have that list (and maybe the list does not exist, likely it doesn't) then tell us. That would be her doing her job. Just tell us that we will never know.

This should be great for the US tourism industry...
German Tourists Detained for Weeks, Then Deported From U.S.
Amid President Trump’s border crackdown, German news media have closely followed the treatment of two tourists who say they tried to enter the United States legally. www.nytimes.comwww.nytimes.com
Chained, detained for weeks and eventually deported, two German tourists trying to enter the United States were recently tangled in a system responding to President Trump’s push to sharply restrict entry and deport people en masse.
The cases of Jessica Brösche, held for 46 days, and Lucas Sielaff, held for 16, and accounts of their rough handling by immigration officers, have grabbed headlines in Germany as a sign of what being caught on the wrong side of the White House’s immigration policy could mean for European travelers.
Tourists from most European countries, including Germany, generally enjoy visa-free travel to the United States for up to 90 days. But Mr. Sielaff and Ms. Brösche were stopped, separately, at the San Ysidro border crossing between San Diego and Tijuana, told that they were being denied entry and sent to a crowded detention center, according to their own accounts and those of their friends.
Mr. Sielaff said he was denied a translator and had trouble understanding what was happening to him. Ms. Brösche’s friends said she was kept in solitary confinement for nine days. By their accounts, both were flown back to Germany without a clear understanding of why they were detained in the first place.
“Sometimes I just wake up because I have nightmares of this situation and what happened,” Mr. Sielaff, 25, said in an interview. “And I just try to go for walks and calm down.”
The family of a tourist from Britain, Becky Burke, 28, says she has been held for more than two weeks in Washington State, similarly caught up in the system but unsure why.

the activist judge is on video blasting Trump and his authoritarianism at a speaking engagement.
As long as the libs are shopping for activist judges, its just going to get appealed to the Supremes. When the Supremes rule against the constitution and Trump goes against them, then you can talk
until then you should be outraged that there are judges who ignore the constitution to promote the ideology.
of course you won't because it goes against Trump and sadly that's what I've come to expect.
