Prof, will you admit you were wrong?

Scroll down until you find a video titled "Joshua Jacobs fumbles ball at goal line, Arkansas recovers. (1:26)"

You were right. I was wrong. The sound made that clear.

See, don't the first steps out of moral bankruptcy feel good?

Well, I'm shocked. I assumed you'd doggedly hold onto this stance.

And perhaps I was a bit too harsh in my my rebuttal. You misinterpreting a video and posting it as proof you were right did throw me into attack mode.

As well it should have. Though Prof provides ample opportunities to fillip his jowls, this one was too egregious to let slide. Just look at it as doing him a favor...

AA the Beneficent has a nice ring to it.

Arkansas and Alabama both had a gripe. Arkansas, because they missed the fumble on second down. Alabama, because they allowed us to run another play (which is supposed to negate the option of a review), wiped a TD off the board, and allowed a review.

In the end (though they shat on procedure to get there), the original correct outcome was achieved. So, any bitching by either side rings hollow.

I thought they said the 3rd down was blown dead by timeout before the ball was snapped. That's what they were acting like, anyway. I did hear some whistles as the play was starting, whether the ball had already been snapped, I couldn't tell...

Yeah, the announcers said that. The back judge, however didn't, and the side judge signaled a TD on the over-the-top play. But there were whistles as the ball was snapped.

Agreed.

True frosh QB, true frosh olineman. Both hadn't even been to their HS's senior prom this time last year.

Their youth and inexperience didn't seem to matter against Ole Piss or Tinnersee.

Excluding NFL teams, only Michigan and Ohio State belong on the same field with bammer this year.
