I know almost nothing about the state of North Carolina.

All North Carolina ever was to me, was 190 miles of I-95 and South of the Border billboards. That's it, just under 3 hours of driving, cheaper gas, and Pedro trying to lull us into stopping at one of the world largest tourist traps. Driving from Boston to Florida every March, North Carolina was kinda-sorta the halfway mark to Daytona Beach Shores and we would cross the border from Virginia about 8 in the morning because we left Boston at 8PM the night before. So everyone was wide awake for those 3 hours of driving, specifically.

I know the state is poor. Gulf Coast was always poor. Casinos, drunks, and compulsive gamblers, did not make it any richer. But I can also read charts and know the economic math of the state (and the overall physical health of the people who live there.) Its not good, never was.

Liquefied natural gas is in great demand by our allies. Why would you do that? In this exchange, Johnson said he realized that Biden was not lying to him. “He genuinely did not know what he had signed,” Johnson said. “And I walked out of that meeting with fear and loathing because I thought, “We are in serious trouble—who is running the country?” Like, I don’t know who put the paper in front of him, but he didn’t know.”
