Alberta is a keeper, maybe Ottawa. I could care less about the rest of it.

This is all bluster though. Trump has no intent of really making it the 51st state. He is trolling Canada for Trudeau being a dick to conservatives and consequently its get the left here bent out of shape , Trump has to sit around laughing at these liberals just losing their shit over whatever he says. He keeps them in a constant state of agitation. This is about leveraging the strength of the America economy to force Canada to bend to will of the United States. Trump is going to do that with Mexico too.

Now Greenland and Panama Canal, I think he is serious. Anyone paying attention in Europe would understand and support why he wants Greenland. It would result in cheaper heating fuel for them and less reliance on Russia. Its win/win for the US and Europe (except for the Dutch)

Panama Canal is just a fuck you to China

Now he is trolling with the Gulf of America. Guy hasn't even taken office yet and has people losing their shit all over North America

"Anyone paying attention in Europe would understand and support why he wants Greenland."

Nobody who understands international alliances supports a US president trying to strongarm an ally with threats of tariffs (that can't even be applied unilaterally to a single EU nation) and whatnot. Of course Trump doesn't understand the value of alliances, unless it's with people with whom alliances are worthless, like Putin or his boyfriend Kim Jong Un...

if its an Alliance, then there is no need for them to be one sided to the favor of the smaller nation.

is that the definition of an alliance to you?

Canada is more than welcome to buy $8.2b in US goods to balance the trade gap and become an equal partner.

If they’re such strong alliances, why do they let China and Russia become more and more influential in our hemisphere?

When will the left learn? when?

They take Trump literally but not seriously. What they should be doing but for some reason they can’t is take Trump seriously but never literally.

Dubya doing Dubya stuff

If he didn't have Dick Cheney and Paul Wolfowitz in his cabinet, the guy would have been immensely popular

Carter's grandson gave and awesome speech. The thing about Carter's de-regulation and everyone can afford to fly, totally right.

It was also nice seeing all the Presidents sitting together, Trump and Obama laughing together, even if none of the first ladies could even look at each other. What was going on there between Jill Biden and Kamala? Daggers ladies.
