UNC will probably beat Duke in the next game. Then, whichever of those 2 wins the ACC tournament will get a number one seed, the other a number 2 seed. Syracuse is a lock along with Kentucky. It'll probably end up being Kansas

We don't really have enough information yet, but barring any huge upsets in the conferance tourneys, I think our number ones will be Duke, Syracuse, Kentucky, & (for lack of any obvious choice) Murray State (given they will end the season @ 30-1). I really want to hesitate putting such a little-itty-bitty team in as a number one (particularly when SDSU @ 33-2 was only a 2) but at this point, who would be that 4th and final #1? All the best teams from the power conferances have way too many regular season losses and more losses will be coming. Murray State is just a c-nt hair away from being 31-0.
The #2 seeds, okay yeah, UNC, the Big-XII(10) winner say Mizzou, Michigan State, and either Witchita State or California.
LMAO...If you're putting money on Murray State being a #1 seed in the NCAA Tournament, I want in on that action. And I'm not even a betting man...

If Murray State hadn't beaten St. Mary's they would be in danger of falling off the bubble with a conference tourney loss.

Muck Furray state
they'll be a 3 seed if they wind up 31-1 which I think they lose in their conference and will be a 4-5 seed
Kansas Mizzou winner of big 12 tourney should they meet again then problaby gets the 4th #1. mizzou has to win saturday against iowa st--no easy game then hope ythey can face KU for the third time to get that 1 seed over KU

If you think Murray State and Cal should be top two seeds, then you have found your Cinderella picks for the tournament. I think you are proving that you are an ignorant fuck in yet another topic but, who knows, maybe you're right about this one. Good luck in Vegas.

It is people like you that are too "
proud" to admit you were wrong about Butler and VCU. Keep living your life like that (where being proud is more important than being nice) and you will die alone and friendless.
Have a nice day.

There must be four #1 seeds. Three are obvious.

That is the whole point of my post, I don't know who gets that last #1 spot. It isn't obvious. There will be some tough choices (particularly if the best Big-XII(10) teams keep losing to each other.)

it appears to me that you're going on the premise that a cinderella or two must make it into the final four because of the randomness of the tourney.
While its not unusual that #1 seeds don't make the final four, its still pretty rare that a 6 seed or higher is there the final weekend.

there are two points I am making, each not related to the other
first point, i'm not talking about the final four. i'm talking about which teams will be the four #1 teams with the initial bracket of the whole 64.
I'm saying three of those four are obvious. the fourth is far from obvious, could be Murray State (probably wont be), could be Kansas(probably wont be), Mizzou(probably wont be), maybe even Baylor(probably wont be). But it has to be someone. I would have said Michigan State, but know we know it really can't be them.
My point #2 about my VCU and Butler comments to Cletus stem from my rational belief that we are going to have a Cinderella. The Richmonds, the Cornells, these Cinderellas are getting far too common place. I don't know who it is, but we will have at least one (we always do.) I think this year, it might be Wichita State but it could be VCU (again.)

Baylor?? They will likely end up third in their conference and yet you list them as even a possibility for a 1 seed? Goddamn you are an idiot. And thanks for that scintillating insight about there having to be four 1 seeds. I wonder how long it took you to come to that conclusion. Again I say: You are a goddamned idiot...

its deserving. hedge is being an asshole. I didn't say Baylor would be a #1, I said they probably wouldn't be. But if they win the Big-XII(10) tourney, they have a slim chance (as slim a chance as Murray State.)
That is my whole point. We don't know. Hedge is just being fucktarded, and I expect better of a UNC grad. Shame on him
