February 2023, the Fed dropped all the charges. They were looking at going after him with the Mann Act (she was 17) but for some reason, they dropped charges. Maybe they got it all wrong? Maybe she never existed or maybe she was 18?

I don't know. Its creepy. But for fuck's sake, a 39 year old Jerry Seinfeld was dating (maybe fucking) a then 17 year old girl, so this shit does happen. Deviant behavior if you ask me. Even if Matt's gf was 18 when he was "trafficking her" that doesn't make me feel all that good about it.

Ramaswamy on the pointlessness of today's federal department of education

His points are spot on particularly on trying to financially protect failing school districts that are predominantly black. Back in the day, the fed believed money was the reason blacks were failing with respect to whites in education. So the fed created the DEA to make sure black schools weren't disenfranchised by the state at the expense of other schools. Now (60 years later) thanks to the DOE, black districts get MORE money than white districts and they are still failing, so now the DOE is looking around for other things to do (take federal money away from school districts with "archery" for PhysEd) because they failed at the one thing they were supposed to fix when they were created by liberals, 60 years ago.

The DOE makes political decisions, not effective decisions. Okay so, why do we have a DOE? Shut it down.

I was puzzled when Trump picked Gaetz for AG and Gabbard for DNI. I think I figured out exactly why.

Awhile back, the DOJ investigated Gaetz for child sex trafficking. It all supposedly stemmed from a party he attended where somebody allegedly had sex with somebody. From that, the DOJ decided he might be a child sex trafficker. (Note the FBI never investigated Bill Clinton for his trips to Epstein’s Island, or famous Democrats to attended P Diddy’s notorious parties - Madonna, Beyoncé, to name a few. But I digress.)

The DOJ eventually dropped the investigation. There was so little evidence against Gaetz that even the corrupt, politicized, kangaroo court DOJ couldn’t even manufacture falsehoods to charge him like they usually do.

Then Tulsi Gabbard - a former Democrat congresswoman and war veteran suddenly got put on a terrorist watch list with no explanation at all. That happened right after she sided with Trump.

Both Gabbard and Gaetz have now officially joined Trump and many others in the club of innocent citizens who were outrageously victimized by powerful agencies who abused their authority and punished them because they dared opposed the agencies’ political masters.

Gaetz and Gabbard are going to be utterly motivated to avenge themselves. To quote Michael Corleone, “This isn’t business. It’s personal.” They have just been put in charge of the very rogue agencies that abused them.

Raise hell, Matt and Tulsi! The top echelons of the DOJ, FBI, and the CIA are about to feel the meaning of “payback is a female dog.”

The American Cheka just struck again, doing what they have been doing for 8 years. You just can’t make this stuff up;

I guess correctly predicting the outcome of an election is now a federal crime according to the FBI/DOJ - same people that thought Matt Gaetz was a child sex trafficker.

"To quote Michael Corleone, “This isn’t business. It’s personal.”

Not surprisingly, you got that ass-backwards you dolt. Also, give the 4D chess explanations a rest. It's real simple why Trump is nominating them (esp. Gaetz), it's a loyalty test. He's trying to out anybody right off the bat who will oppose even his craziest decisions...

what they did to Tulsi Gabbard was petty and punitive. Its the worst of government abuse - and people should be held accountable for that. I hope she burns a bunch of assholes who felt government was their own form of selective enforcement.

Gaetz, well, lets be honest, he looks like a guy that would fuck 17 year olds - unlike me who would fuck Annie Potts.

At any rate, its pretty clear to me that Trump is going to put heads on a pike at the front of the white house entrance and Gaetz is his man for the job.

Kash Patel said he'd turn the FBI headquarters into a Deep State Museum on day one, and he is going to be named FBI Director.

Thomas Massie needs to be in charge of the BATF but he got Sec of Agriculture because goddammit, its important that people be able to drink milk straight from a cow. I actually have no idea why he wanted that position and I'm sure he'll be very small government about it, but the man could be so much more impactful in a good way somewhere else.

I also read last week that Alving Bragg didn't believe the case for Trump had any merit and was reluctant to prosecute it, then the Biden administration, Merrick Garland I would assume, sent Matthew Colangelo to work for the NY DA's department, a noticeable step down from his former DOJ position.

of course Merrick Garland is offended at the idea of this happening, but I doubt few people out there honestly believe this wasn't coordinated

There are quite a few of these teachers being recorded as they are melting down this week after last week's election.

This guy is on administrative leave. He might be fired. Remains to be seen. I don't think he is a danger to children in the least, but what he has said is terribly inappropriate.

I wasn't immune to teachers discussing their political or religious beliefs in school, but I would prefer that teachers avoid those conversations.

its a rule I follow at work

Kind of a toss-up as to which of those is worse...
