We are in, it appears. I don't think we deserve it, really. Haven't beaten anybody worth a damn all year. Oh well, at least next season the number 1 recruiting crop in the nation suits up. Finally. hope the new guys can shoot free throws and dribble.

I think there is a 90% shot that the national champion comes from someone in the first two groups, (80% chance from the first group) but with VCU and Butler the last couple year, who the fuck knows???

you failed to mention the only team that beat two Top 10 teams both on the road last week

IB sure can't take constructive criticism very well. Sorta reminds me of Hack.

I'm not looking at any SEC team besides UK.

Every year I'm a homer and they burn me

Not this year, you're gonna love March (and April).

I just need someone to pick some winning teams. I need to make some money. If anyone can point to this year's VCU (and why) then I will talk with money.

I will buy two if Carolina goes.
eCat wrote:well I got crap seats - big shock eh? to the final four. While I'd love the atmosphere, I don't love New Orleans enough to go there and enjoy it while the event I'm actually going for is secondary so I'm going sell my tickets at face value

4 tickets - $698.

I also have a hotel reservation in Gretna at a La Quinta Inn for $99 a night if you want me to work some arrangement on that.

I don't expect any takers on here but I'd put them out there anyways.

UNC and DUke both Beat Michigan st and UNC also beat Wisconsin.

The winner of Duke UNC will get a one seed, unless they both lose before the ACC final

I keep thinking that Syracuse and Kentucky are just too obviously strong. Its like, everyone already KNOWS how good they are, so I can't see how they can possibly live up to all the hype they are getting (no matter how waranted.)

Honestly, do we really know how good (or not so good) Murray State is? Do we have any evidence that the couldn't hang with a Kentucky team? How about Witchita?

I agree, Goldie. Speaking of which, would you fuckers nut up and take that 1 seed? I don't want you guys on the other side of our bracket...

well I wont be doing that since I don't know any of you (wont trust you with $50 of my dollars) but I will have to pick some winners on March 17th. Will be in a sports book all day that Saturday, so....

You don't trust us enough to put 50 fucking dollars in a pool, yet you're willing to put money down based on any of us untrustworthy people's picks? You are truly a fucking idiot...

"Speaking of which, would you fuckers nut up and take that 1 seed? I don't want you guys on the other side of our bracket..."

I can't see that happening unless we totally implode, as in lose to either Maryland/Dook and then lose before the ACC tourny finals, and even then I think the committee would gamble on at least a FF matchup b/w us. If we win out, they'll definitely set it up for a potential Finals clash b/w UNC and UK. Not saying that either of us will make it there, but that would obviously be the dream matchup from a ratings standpoint...
