How do we really even know he's really agreed not to run? Has a journalist been allowed to ask him? All we know is that his twitter account posted a press release.

I don't think anybody's seen or heard from him since he got off the plane in Delaware last Wednesday with 'COVID' or whatever.

My mom told me yesterday that Biden (or the clone that is pretending to be Biden) died from Covid complications.

Technically all the delegates are still his so ( shrug ) I don't know. I don't know what the rules are. Maybe this is all a bait and switch so that people stop asking questions about his competency before he pops back IN to the race right before the convention.
