If Marshall shoots like that UNC will make the final four
and I like reggie overall game more than Dexter he is longer and better shooter

I knew how old Hizzy was. Although the only reflection I can recall around this group that would have indicated it would be his stories about UF. He and GBGG were the same age and were at UF in 1990 or whenever those murders were. They commented on it maybe during the 20th anniversary of when it happened or something.

That reminds me, I'll make sure Ding didn't miss all of this.

Wildcats pull out another. Down 13 at half on the road and win by 9 against a determined Miss State. Talent vs determination, I'll take talent every time. Damn, I love this team.

this is the best team we've had in 15 years...and if they win it all I'm putting them up there even with the '96 team

Yes, someone is likely going to beat them. But, it's been a hell of a ride so far

The 96 team was deeper and more experienced, but IMO the talent of the top six players this year is better. No one has that kind of depth anymore.
Have any of you guys ever been to the final four? I'm going to NO that weekend regardless. I can get tickets on stub hub now, if I want to chance it that Ky will be in the final game. However, I'm thinking there will be a multitude of tickets on the street in front of the Superdome being sold from the fans of teams that have lost. I'm just wondering if anyone has any experience they can share.

They only play 6 guys and I am still not impressed with Teague,
I think Kentucky will have hand full with a team that as good senior guards, plus Kentucky as Calpari as a coach and that is a negative come March.

Heh, so who's the better coach, goldie, Roy or Cal?

Cal but they both suck at end of the games and do not really coach
just let players play which is big part of coaching most of the time and that is why the are successful but they are definitly two of the worse humans I never met

Me and Stu went to the '95 FF in Seattle. After Carolina lost on Saturday, I turned around and gave my ticket to the finals to some dude standing behind me...

I don't expect to be that lucky as the guy you gave your ticket to. So following that game did you see a lot of tickets up for grabs?

If Kentucky loses, it'll be due to the reason they always lose. They will miss crucial FTs in the clutch and make 2 or 3 boneheaded defensive plays in the last 2.5 minutes (with a fortuitous bounce in the opposition's favor, to boot) and lose by some slim margin that should not have come to pass.
