Politicians do not Prosecute. DA's prosecute. And many (most?) DAs are democrats and they only want to Prosecute Trump. For anything. Or (in Leticia James case) nothing. A democrat would never prosecute a business in violation of employing illegal aliens. Ever.

Tree, real estate IS art. Art. What is the price of a building? Well it is whatever the market will bear. In the case of NYC, that is quite a bit. In the case of the 26 story Superman building in Providence Rhode Island, the price is $0. There is not market value for a piece of real estate that took millions to build. That is, until someone comes along with some money and some great ideas. Then there is a market.

The civil suit filed against our former President is entirely political. Entirely. She would not have filed it if it required proving anything since she can't prove anything. And she would not have filed it if there was even the slightest chance the judge would have allowed a jury. And she would not have filed it if the DNC didn't command her to file it. And the only reason why they are suing Trump based on the subjectivity of the value of his properties (and financing that he got for them) is because, there is a chance he might beat Biden at the polling location. That is a non-starter for Laticia James.

Its noteworthy in that before Texas Rangers and Texas Guards were deployed, this was a major illegal alien crossing spot. Now, probably zero.
