I think the interesting part is that the article says it will take years. Years. Sometimes that means that the government wants to give the defendant a long time to "sweat it out" and have them think about taking a plea deal. It remains to be seen.
The first part of the indictment is that the charges are predicated on the seven women given "promises of love and marriage." Okay so right there, we may have seven different Andrew Tate "conquests" who are "scorned" because they never actually thought that they may have to share this man with so many other women. And I'm not sure that he actually married any of his "wives" with a government sanctioned marriage. Not sure how the laws work in Romania.
We'll see. It will be interesting hedge. This might just be a matter of seven different women who are "scorned."

that is probably why Andrew Tate doesn't give a fuck about any of these charges. And that is ALSO why is took the minions of government authority so long to finally get around with charging him.
if you read the actual link that you gave me, the very first thing that is said in these charges from these 7 women is that they were told that they were going to get marriage proposals. Apparently, that didn't happen. But they came to him from far away (from other countries, could say that they "trafficked themselves" to Tate) and lived in his house in Romania and waited. And waited. These are all of his THOTs
So now, after giving him some of their prime years of the highest mark of their Sexual Market Value, they have less bargaining power in getting another Top-G man to replace the man they really wanted, Tate. So now they want government to get involved and go after him because, well, they are scorned. And because they are scorned (and regret all that time they spent with him waiting to "contract"), they feel justified in telling the cops... "He Raped Me!"
