When I was nine, I came to school one day and saw my teacher crying and hugging another teacher. She said (with tears in her eyes) Reagan won last night! We are all going to die in a nuclear war! Why am I teaching these kids????

About 3 seconds later, the person she was hugging, pointed at me staring at the two of them, and she stopped speaking and crying and tried to smile. The nine year old that I was (well, almost ten) just kept looking at the two of them with no expression on my face. And I shrugged my shoulders and asked my teacher if I still had to do my homework tonight.
There is a 0% chance any of this happened.
I will admit cletus that (sure), there are some teachers who just go through the motions, go to school, punch in, punch out, and enjoy their summers. And they don't think about their kids at all, certainly don't give a damn if their kids are learning anything. But I think that there are some teachers who generally do it because they believe that they are making a difference, that what they are teaching is important and that it will matter. Obviously, (in this one case) this teacher probably thought that what she was doing no longer made any difference.

It's kinda funny (not) how repubs are howling like scaled dogs about Trump being indicted and then in the very same sentence calling for Biden to be indicted. Funny how that works...

So he's OK with indicting Biden (a sitting president) and locking Hillary up, yep, in those case the justice system is working just as it should. Why is it only when Trump is indicted that the system is corrupt? Interesting...

You may as well ask why John Cena would start a feud with Dwayne Johnson and talk trash about how awful it is for someone to leave wrestling to become an actor/entertainer.

for all the people who suffer from Trump Derangement Syndrome, let me simplify this indictment.

The documents that the FBI found at Mar-A-Lago were classified documents that Trump had, showing our nuclear capabilities and weaknesses. These classified papers were documented for historical purposes (kind of like the Pentagon Papers that Daniel Ellsberg stole from a CIA file cabinet in 1971.) But Trump (being President at the time) had the authority to have these documents. He "was" commander-in-chief. Was, being the operative word. Moreover, the executive branch is the branch of the federal government that has sole authority to de-classify, classified documents. At anytime during his 4 years, he could have done that. Where our former POTUS could get into legal trouble is if the FBI could PROVE that Trump gave these classified documents to another nation. That is basically, their entire case, a Russian Collusion part-two. They have to prove that he gave these documents (that he had at Mar-A-Lago) to another nation, one that was not friendly to the United States. If he didn't do that (and he didn't) then, well, this whole indictment is just another political witch hunt, another dog-and-pony show. Trump had the authority to have these documents. He just couldn't release them to anyone.

Most likely, he will be re-impeached. So probably 3 impeachments. But the Senate will not fire him. So, dog-and-pony show. Purely political. They just want to prevent him from running again.

They want to prevent him from running and are happy to have DeSantis instead, which is despicable considering all the extra death and decay he represents. The Dems want that war machine up and running at any cost. We're fucked, boys and girls.

If that is the case (not saying it is, not saying it isn't) then really all this is, is the Biden administration weaponizing the FBI with people who have TDS to try and get Trump "disqualified" from running again in 2024 because Biden (or should I say, the DNC) believes that they will curb stomp DeSantis but can't beat Trump. That is basically, this entire argument.

Not saying I agree. Not saying I disagree. But if this is true, it really disrespects, DeSantis.
