I recall something like 18 straight months of economic growth during Dubya's administration. And people like you screamed bloody murder the whole time.
First off, you didn't know me then, and you have no fucking idea what I said during Bush's tenure. You are making another assumption without any facts.

ho many of you are worse off now then you were 4 years ago.

I'm not

bin laden is dead
kaddafy is dead
country is about as safe as it ever was

problem is 1% of the population controls most of the money--their wealth went up > 450% the last 20 years. the other 99% went up substantially less --14-15% or s0. Throw the fact we are 13 plus trillion in debt and getting ready to substantially raise that with obamacare. we are still better off then Europe though.

obama said mutiple things and has domne multiple things that made him a very good presidnet

but we have to get somebody in to fix the economy/drastically decrease the debt/and create jobs

obama isn't that guy

How in the BLUE hell have things gotten better?
Let's see, to answer your question: in the biggest downturn since the great depression when entered office, not in a recession now.

Better.

Naw, I'm sure you were very reasonable in your treatment of Bush -- just like all the reasonable reverse-dittoheads who think that thinkprogress.org is a credible, unbiased source for news.

That young lady just needs to take a bath for a change and use a little moisturizer. She'll be fine.

And BTW, rubber bullets are passe. A medley of sting balls, stun grenades and CS or PABA is very effective against rioters. After experiencing that, they literally beg for the handcuffs and a nice cell.

Now that you mention it, I don't remember any rubber bullets at the Tea Party demonstrations.

I guess you behave differently when you know you've gotta' be at work in the morning.

Seriously? Bush had 18 consecutive months of economic expansion and he didn't get a standing O around here. My my.

WJC finished his run in office with 107 consecutive months of the same thing. An all=time record, and one that almost surely will never be broken (sadly, his run of 3 surplus years will probably never be seen either).

Not coincidentally, Gallup recorded Clinton finishing with an an approval rating of 66% - the highest number of any outgoing president since the 50s. Dubya, by contrast, was at 34% (the resigner Nixon beat him out for dead last).

Seriously, doesn't Bill Clinton have enough empty-headed bimbos lining up to fellate him without Romney voters getting into the act?

Don't look now, but while we sit around pining for the days of the Y2k/dot.com boom (and no doubt wishing for the Easter Bunny or Santa Claus to magically snap their fingers and fix our economy) our current POTUS has added $4 trillion to the national debt -- a rate never before seen in the history of our country.

But by all means, let's let him keep swinging the wrecking ball.
