Social upheaval. It’ll be the white collar equivalent of mechanization in industry. Productivity and wealth should increase though, but your politicians are going to blunder through it all, with possibly disastrous consequences. Ultimately AI, IMO is a lot like what is depicted by the star ships computer on star trek. The computer does the heavy lifting and replaces like thousands of people that would be needed to communicate and provide reports and data to each other to keep the thing running, but with it you just need a handful of specialists like Spock or McCoy or Scotty and grunts to actually do physical/mechanical stuff that theres no machine for and thats it.

Sounds like he's worried about something much bigger than that.
