Fuck the DTH. Those self-important asswipes on the Editorial Board need to get laid.
11? You need to do your math, dumbass. This is Carolina's second case.

1961 and the probation we are on now are the only ones that I can think of right now.

61 was recruiting violations and 63 was point shaving.

I went with Shayne Graham out of Houston thinking a semi-potent offense would get me some consistent kicker numbers but only 4% of people are starting Graham. Miami has given up a ton of points to kickers so what am I missing here?
Will Graham lose the kicking job at some point?
Graham was in a battle with a person that the Texans drafted. That person got hurt and will not come back this year (or not in time this year to be a good factor) so Graham should be a good play.

Auggie thumbed the Cowboys, just like State fans thumbed any punishment for these latest allegations against UNC. Everything has already been dealt with by UNC and the NCAA. State fans dreamed of more violations and punishments, but like all their dreams, this one isn't going to come true. And it kills them...

I love Auggie citing a DTH "article" as proof that UNC should take on more punishment. In other news, another college newspaper endorses Obama...

fyp. only unc fans are capable of flaunting 40 years of doing things the right way, then when exposed, be proud of getting away with 40 years of pure corruption. it's like the two sides of y'alls brains don't talk to each other.

Hedge, do you really think that this thing is no big deal?

Not really. I went on a school trip to London one summer, got 6 hours of A credit for going to plays and getting drunk every night. The other 30 people who went got the same A's. Many of my friends took the same sort of summer trip to Italy (this was actually with the Italian class, Dr. Rau was the teachers name I think), to 6 hours of A credit and most of them took a couple more classes when they got back, again for A's, and I guarantee none of them could say more than "Ciao" in Italian. And no, I never lost any sleep over any of that nor over any of Dr. Unks's "education" classes that all my frat buddies and sorority girls took for A's for minimal work. Now then, if the entire university was set up like that and all courses were guaranteed A's for minimal work, that would be a problem (and it would've been discovered long before now). But for the most part I'm satisfied that the vast majority of departments and classes at UNC are legit and I don't begrudge anyone from seeking out a few of the cream puff courses and I would even say the football players deserve a couple more of those than the average student. I actually don't really care if the football players are literate...

I do admit that I have sometimes felt a twinge of undeserved pride when UNC has been highly ranked for their academics. But that feeling pales in comparison to my feelings for the accomplishments of the hoops teams. I'm not proud of this Af-Am situation, but I'm not terribly bothered by it either...

Dexter Manley would agree with you if he could read your post.
DS: HI!!
Rickart: HI!!
DS: Or was that during your tenure as a Cowboy fan......

Unfortunately, I find myself agreeing with hedge. Colleges are full of these easy A bullshit classes that are available to everyone. You hve to keep tenured faculty doing something to justify their existence...
