The district courts and SCOTUS ruled against rescinding it. These were not illegals coming in to work off the books for cheap. Trump didn’t have the balls to prosecute employers who were hiring illegals so he went after DACA to give him something to virtue signal to his idiot base.

Just like AOC and her group continues to do today trying to justify asylum seekers who don't go thru proper entry points

DACA was an executive order put forward during the Obama Administration. On Jan 20, 2017, Trump had every single possible authority to simply disregard it. DACA was not (nor will it ever be) law.
Talking about jailing journalists is just red meat for Trump's voting base. None were charged, let alone, incarcerated. Don't lie to me Tree, I'll never let you get away with it.
