Like a football and basketball player skating through regular classes at a failing clip then miraculously raising his gpa by taking suspect AFAM classes over summer school at least since 1999? Those allegations? When Packpride is wrong about UNC's shenanigans it'll be the first time. Haven't you learned that yet?

I suspect you're right. The NCAA is bound and determined to ignore as many of UNC's transgressions as possible. The only way they go back to Chapel Hill is if administrations from schools like PSU and UConn force them to because they're pissed off that they got hammered while UNC was given the slightest taps on the wrist for something that was none of the NCAA's business or for actually trying to get their kids to like study and stuff while UNC's ballers couldn't find their classrooms with a tutor and google maps.

What will be interesting is what happens if the NCAA doesnt punish UNC. When other schools immulate the UNC academic (sic) model will the NCAA change the rules to close the loophole, will they completely abandon the idea of the student athlete, or will they hammer the next school and ignore the hypocracy and possible resulting shitstorm?
