The show made it very clear who did it though it was obvious to me as a book reader. I bet if you watched again, knowing what's coming, you'd pick up on it. It wasn't as clear how it was done though there were some clues for that as well. They were pretty subtle.

Yes, rewatch the scene carefully.

The show has opened up a bit of a future plot hole for me, and I wonder how they'll resolve it.
Jaime was not at the purple wedding. That character has now witnessed what everybody else saw that made them think Tyrion poisoned him, whereas in the books he had not yet reached Kings Landing. I guess its not that huge of a deal, but it seems to me that he probably wouldn't go out of his way to set him free after actually witnessing it.
My theory
I thought the perp was never revealed in the books. I wonder if the series will offer the culprit. What about Cersei herself? Sick of Joffrey's bullshit, with a chance to have beloved Tommen take over and also get rid of Tyrion in the process. She pointed right to him but there's no way he could have done it. I think the Fool has a role and possibly on orders from Cersei. He was trying to get Sansa out b/c he knew that with Tyrion charged with the crime, she would be cast out of the palace and on her own.

In the books its semi-revealed, but since you're dealing with chapters being written from a characters point of view, you never know if the characters they are speaking to are lying to the POV character about their involvement or not. Since George R R Martin wrote the episode and this is TV where we see events as they actually occur rather than relying on conversations, the episode pretty much confirmed the explanation we get in the books
I have to say that Archer, while a nice twist in the plot, hasn't really inspired me this season.

the plot line jumps so much with each episode, its hard to keep up - that's my biggest problem with it - I liked it better when each episode was contained and closed out at the end.

If you are looking for a different, interesting movie consider "Upstream Color" - definitely not your normal fare.
Shane Carruth wrote, produced, directed, edited, did the music and directed the cinematography - as well as had one of the lead roles. Without spoiling it it is an artsy love story, drama, mild horror film about two people, parasites and some pigs and flowers and some bad guys.....well, trust me, it's different. But it will hold your attention and make you think. Or not.

I have no idea what to do with that review.
Is it on Netflix?

I would classify the movie as "worthwhile".
It won some awards, Sundance, I think....just a different experience. It's not Godfather II, but it will hold your attention.

Cinemax has been running the Godfather trilogy this month. I sat thru II last week. I tried III last night and I couldn't watch it.

I only consider I & II as Godfather movies.

I refuse to acknowledge that GFIII even exists. It's GF I&II (which are really one movie) and nothing else.

It's... unique. Human-pig-orchid parasites, drugs, hypnosis, love story, bad guys, drama...
Just...interesting.
