Its not socialism. That is not what I meant by culture. If it was the socialism, then Venezuela would be rich and successful. It was once. It no longer is.

Tell you what hedge, explain the difference between Sweden and Venezuela? Explain why socialism may work in one but at the other socialist paradise, the people are eating pigeons and zoo animals?
