" A "flat-out brawl" broke out in USC's football locker room after the Trojans' 21-7 loss to Georgia Tech in the Hyundai Sun Bowl, multiple sources have told ESPN."

LOL, he clearly stated it was NOT a flat-out brawl, and the announcer even questioned him again on that point by asking "So you say it was not a flat-out brawl?" And yet that was the opening line in the article. 9:1 lives!!

Whenever I hear the words "English Department" and "football players" and any SEC school mentioned in the same sentence, I think...

"Yes, I still miss Jan Kemp."

Ask DDAL.

Buck up, man. Try a positive outlook, put your faith in the Lord, and maybe things will turn around for you.

I'm not sure if this has been mentioned or not, but...

It appears Derek Dooley has been hired as the wide receivers coach for the Dallas Cowboys.

I'm not sure to feel happy or sorry for him.

On second thought, I feel bad for him. Working for Jerry Jones has got to be a step back in a big way.

It wasn't mentioned. It happened over a week ago. News travels fast down there.

Like a lot of companies, they spent their money on play prettys and not on their product. Sooner or later it"ll come back to bite you.

No, Prof, i don"t mean they shouldn"t have spent any money on "atmosphere" and i didn"t mean it would bite them literally.

Tennessee reports NCAA violations

Fuck me. The good news these appear to be slap on the wrist stuff at worst. Plus, this appears to be mostly leveled at the basketball program (darn). One is leveled at the football program.

On the whole, probably not really worth mentioning. Still, we are already on the NCAA watch list due to past infractions. Hopefully, nothing comes of this.

One of the men's basketball violations involved holding open individual skill instruction before a football game. During that session, recruits making official visits were allowed to attempt shots while coaches were present.

if he's wearing socks and a suit during the tryout it's worth two years probation and a year postseason ban, but only if your team is 31-0.

The men's bball team just dismanteled Kentucky. Wow.

I guess those NCAA violations we recently self reported were worth it.
