Playoff games should be on campus, IMO.

you are correct. the Pac-XII got it right (both in locating the championship games and dividing the divisions)

the B1G fucked it all up. they followed the ACC's retarded method

eventually, they will all come around to the Pac-XII

SECCG in the ATL has worked out very well. Big10 shoulda put theirs at Soldier Field.

Vandy hasn't played there yet. that is why it worked out well

the SEC is made up of large public universities where the majority of the alumni marry other alumni and settle within 100 miles or so of their alma mater. so it is possible to get 90,000 fans at a game, fans that travel well since there is nothing else to do in Alabama/Miss/Lousiana/Tenn/Arkansas. that is not the world of the academically centered ACC with its much smaller schools and tiny (spread out) alumni bases

the B1G should have just kept it simple and fucked over the state of Indiana (through Purdue and Indiana in with Sparty, Penn State, Ohio State, and Big Blue.) but they went full ACC-retard

No, it's not a question of "nothing else to do" in Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee....it's that nothing else matters as much. You could put Broadway and the Louvre in the area and it would be second to football. Just as getting married, going to the beach or the mountains are second here now when football is being played.

Talking football (or anything really) with Wiz is like trying to teach a monkey to poop in a soup can.

Yet perhaps the most intriguing move of all happened when the Cincinnati Bengals signed undrafted free agent Vontaze Burfict. Described by NFL scouts' as a 'loose cannon', 'head case' and 'undisciplined'. Reportedly was flagged for 17 personal fouls in 35 games played at ASU. In 2010, did not start Washington game after head-butting OSU QB Ryan Katz and was called for a personal foul. In 2011, was benched during Cal game after being called for two personal fouls. Was not allowed to start in MAACO Bowl (undisclosed reasons). "

If he can contain his rage he might be special. Maybe Marvin can have Ray Lewis reach out to him.
