Forced and unfunny. Actually that wasn't terrible...

It's time to let the Grateful Dead go, brahs. They're old and geriatric. I heard Phil Lesh shits in his colostomy bag every time he plays a D chord. They had their place in the 70's but that's long over now. When Bob Weir hangs on a pedestal across the stage and shoots fire out of his jet backpack like Paul Stanley with way better songs not to mention pryo and blood, let me know. Until then, the dream is over. They weren't that good in the first place.

Sorry brahs. The Grateful Dead was music for white privilege faggots with shriveled up hippie dicks.

Went to see Phish last night for the first time this century. I went in with very low expectations and was pleasantly surprised...

They actually had a harder edge than I remembered. Still jammy, but some of the songs, esp. the guitar, were Zeppelin-esque...

He still hates Dook and pulls for Carolina though. So, he will always have that.

4/4/94 he interrupted the show to have a big screen unfurled to watch the end of the Arkansas v Dook championship game and was pulling against Dook. Trey's sister lived in Carrboro and was treated at UNC for her cancer before dying, and Trey's nephew just graduated from Carolina. So, at the very least he hates Dook, and given that Phish has sold UNC themed gear previously along with the other facts, some folks are fairly certain that Trey has a soft spot for Carolina at the very least.

This show took place during the Duke vs. Arkansas NCAA championship basketball game and Trey updated the audience on the score throughout the show. Before Harry Hood, Trey said “for those of you who care as much as I do, with 1 minute remaining, Duke 70, Arkansas 70. We’ll be dropping the large screen t.v. behind us…I’ll be back in about 1 minute.” Buying time, he continued “It’s a big night for us, for those of you who don’t know, it’s been about 8 months since we actually toured…except for those 4 night at New Year’s Eve. It’s really incredible to be at this end of…it’s boom, back out.” Before Cavern, Trey said “I’m very happy to announce, Duke 72, Arkansas 76.” https://phish.com/tours/dates/mon-1994- ... n-theatre/

Their last album was trash, but they're entitled to a bad one. Probably partied a little too hard and didn't put in the effort. Happens to everyone including the Beatles and Stones. The plus side is, rock n roll lives on for a bit longer.

Never liked her music but she was a boss protesting the fully corrupt political and religious systems we call home.
