More to the point, I don't think you fully understand how different things would be (for both Ukraine and us here) if Trump were still President. While Trump was in office, Betsy DeVos did everything she possibly could to dismantle Obama's "Dear Colleague Letter" threat. Everything. But schools might not care, its just "donated money" that they are transferring to boys wrongfully accused. The Alumni of Columbia (their donations) gave Ben Feibleman a Lamborghini when he sued Columbia (and won.)
