Close game. I don't know how either team will play in 20 degree weather.

Normal 60F weather? Bama by a FG.

Also, how much time Yeldon can play. He wrenched his ankle late against LSU. High ankle sprain. He's gonna play, but he won't be full strength.

But you do predict Bama will lose, right?

Bama ain't losing this game LOL. Mississippi State's defensive backfield is so awful that my man Blake will look good, and it will end up opening running lanes. If Bama can be moderately successful stopping the run, this will be a blowout.

If it's not a blowout (14+), MSU will stay in the Top 4 and may end up knocking FSU out even beating Miami.

Here's a wonderful stat for you: Four SEC teams in the top 10. Ten top-25 wins among them. Nine are vs. SEC. Three are vs. mediocre TAMU. Three vs. LSU that lost 2x @ home. And the one non-SEC Top 25 win (LSU over Wisconsin) would have never happened if Melvin Gordon hadn't gotten pissy with the coaches.

I see Jameis' student disciplinary hearing got postponed until December. The FSU administration and the Tally PD are admirably doing diligence in keeping this thing tamped down until after the bowl game.

I said I didn't know how the weather would effect Bama, and I don't know how much Yeldon will be able to play. - just don't know how much those two issues will hurt.

So, pick'em, I guess.

Consider this:

He is allowed to have an attorney present, but his attorney cannot speak in the proceeding. After his accuser delayed the Code of Conduct hearing for 20 months (by school rule, she had 12 months to proceed but wanted to disrupt his season), her attorneys handed Jameis over 1,000 pages of documentation and 8 CDs of other documents and demands that the hearing happen IMMEDIATELY. Now, considering that he has no legal background and is rather busy with school work and preparing himself and his team to continue their streak of 25 straight wins, do you think it's fair to expect him to jeopardize his status as a student-athlete by under-preparing for what can best be called a kangaroo court? Also remember that his accuser is no longer a student at FSU (Bama!) and is not under legal oath, so she can pretty much say whatever the hell she wants to and cannot be challenged or punished.

Here's a little preview for you: it will be delayed again, hopefully until after the football season is finished when he can leave school and declare for the draft. If such delay is not granted, and he is found guilty of any indiscretion, it will be appealed until after the holidays - by school rule, he cannot be suspended from the team while appeals are active. If by further travesty the first appeal is denied or upheld between early January and whenever he is supposed to play next, it will be appealed again to the next highest authority. Keep in mind that each of these appellate authorities will need to read and digest the 1,000+ pages of written documentation and 8 CD's of electronic documentation so the chances of them accelerating the process are pretty slim.

A school's Code of Conduct hearing is designed to handle cheating on exams or punching another student on campus. It is absolutely not designed to handle an accusation as serious as this.

That's a very long way of saying the FSU administration and Tally PD will keep this thing tamped down until after the playoffs.

And AA, what's gotten into you?

WTF does any of that have to do with Tally PD? You really are a moron.

Bama 38, MSU 10

That is the fashionable pick.

The only question that remains is which Mississippi State team comes off the bus in Tuscalousa, the one that pummelled Auburn and LSU or the one that struggled to beat Arkansas?

AA has conspicuously declined to predict a Tide defeat.

This is a great disturbance in the Force.
