Larry Fedora - "My only regret is for the current players, especially the seniors, who will not have the opportunity to compete for an ACC championship and go through the experience of a bowl game in 2012,"

He said that with a straight face?

I think he preferred the AFC. They still will have room under the cap and can sign another WR (who's left).

Denver will try and trade Tebow, but I don't see anybody trading for him with the crap that goes along with him.

Hope Alex Smith signs with Miami now.

Its a stupid move to get rid of Tebow. With Manning as a mentor , he could turn Tebow into one of the best QBs to ever play the game.

That said, Tebow has to want to be a backup which isn't likely given his success. Personally I'd play the odds that Manning doesn't finish the season.

I respectfully disagree. Peyton Manning is the most accurate QB less than 15 yards, Tebow is the least accurate within 15 yards. I just heard one person who saw Tebow in preseason last year say that he had to whisper to a Bronco official the question whether the Broncos were sure that Tebow was a left-hander. Tebow can not be successful in a Manning offense. Tebow needs a lot of reps but so does Manning on a new team. I don't see how Denver can afford to keep Tebow.

Tebow might just be fucked up enough in that selfless christian manner to see playing behind Pey-pey as a great learning experience. Maybe even ordained by Gee-sus himself. To be an NFL caliber QB, you've got to have a massive ego, but Tebow's christian training may have quelled it enough for him to see this as an opportunity. One man gathers what another man spills...

I think Tebow could only get better as an understudy to Manning, plus the Bronco fans love him.

Can you think of being in a better position where you are loved by the fans, can leisurely take your time learning how to improve while being taught the game by the best on the field coach/qb in the history of the game?

Its win/win for Tebow . If Manning sucks, they'll be cheering his name to replace him. If they lose, they'll be people out there saying they would have won if Tebow was in the QB. If Manning is great, he is still one blind side hit away from eating jello thru a straw the rest of his life and if Tebow gets shipped off to another team that needs him to carry the load he'll probably suck anyways.
